Up2Stretch Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026. Up2Stretch collects no personal data. All timer settings and reports stay on your Mac.

Privacy-first by design

Up2Stretch is built without any networking code for user data. The app functions entirely offline. Timer state, settings, and reports never leave your device.

No data collected

Up2Stretch does not collect, transmit, or upload any personal data. The App Store privacy section is labeled Data Not Collected. Nothing leaves your Mac.

Local-only storage

Timer settings, work intervals, break counts, and report data are stored locally using UserDefaults and Core Data on your Mac. These values are never synced to a server or third-party service.

Purchases handled by Apple

Up2Stretch Pro is available as an annual subscription or lifetime purchase through the Mac App Store. All payment and billing information is handled entirely by Apple. Up2Stretch never sees or stores any payment data.

No analytics or tracking

Up2Stretch does not use any analytics SDKs, crash reporters, or advertising frameworks. There are no third-party libraries in the app.

System notifications

Up2Stretch uses macOS UserNotifications to show pre-break reminders. Notification content is generated locally and never sent to a server. You can disable notifications at any time in System Settings.
