Pulser

Pulser Terms of Use

Terms for using Pulser, its camera pulse features, Apple Health options, exports, encrypted backups, and App Store purchases.

Using Pulser

Pulser helps you create and review personal heart-rate and wellness records. Its camera pulse features have two separate flows. Single camera measurement finishes after 30 stable pulse estimates, with elapsed time varying by signal quality; you review a form and tap Save to create a formal record. The separate resting PPG flow requires 60 seconds of continuous valid signal; interruptions reset the valid-time counter and can make capture take longer.

Camera features estimate pulse only. They do not measure blood pressure or blood oxygen. Those values may be entered manually or come from Apple Health or an external device. Pulser is for personal wellness logging, not diagnosis or treatment.

Camera access is needed for camera capture. Bluetooth sessions need a compatible Bluetooth Heart Rate monitor. Apple Health access is optional; you choose read and write types separately and Apple controls the permission request. New Pulser records are stored separately from legacy records that may use Apple's iCloud/CloudKit service. Export and encrypted backup are Pro features where offered. Exports are created from your selected scope; encrypted backups use a password and exclude legacy-store records and imported Health samples. Keep your backup password safe, because Pulser cannot recover it.

App Store purchases

Purchase and subscription options, where available, are presented through the Apple App Store and processed using the Apple account configured on your device. Product availability, prices, subscription terms, and purchase controls are shown in the App Store purchase flow. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account. Use Restore Purchases in Pulser to request restoration of eligible purchases.
